Instructions

- Use a meat tenderizer to pound the steak to about 1/8 inch thickness.
4- Season Steak:
- In a large bowl, combine the tenderized steak with kosher salt, black pepper, Dominican oregano, cumin, soy sauce, fresh lime juice, optional orange juice, minced garlic, and olive oil.
5- Marinate:
- Mix everything with tongs until evenly coated.
- Allow it to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
6- Cook Steak:
- Heat olive oil in a large, generic cast iron skillet over high heat.
