Ingredients:
π 1 cup fresh mango chunks
π₯€ 2 cups mango juice with pulp
βοΈ Ice cubes
π₯ 2 oz tequila
π¬ Miguelito candy powder
πΆοΈ Tajin powder
πΆοΈ Tajin sauce
π¬ Chamoy
π¬ Rellerindo candies (tamarind-flavored)
π¬ Sugar-coated tamarind
π¬ Tarugo (tamarind paste with straw)
π¬ Spicy mango slices
π¬ Spicy mango roll candy
Instructions
1- Prepare the Glass:
- Mix Miguelito candy powder and Tajin powder in a small bowl.
- Dip the rim of your serving glass into Tajin sauce, making sure the entire rim is covered.
- Roll the wet rim in the Miguelito and Tajin powder mixture to coat it evenly.
- Place a few Rellerindo candies and sugar-coated tamarind into the bottom of the glass for a fun surprise.
2- Blend the Drink:
- In a blender, combine the fresh mango chunks, mango juice with pulp, tequila, and a handful of ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth, adjusting the consistency by adding more ice cubes if desired.
3- Assemble the Mangonada:
- Pour the blended mango mixture into the prepared glass over the candies.
- Add a few more ice cubes for extra chill.
4- Garnish:
- Drizzle Chamoy over the top of the drink for an added kick.
- Add spicy mango slices and a piece of spicy mango roll candy for garnish.
- Insert a Tarugo straw into the glass for a fun twist and extra tamarind flavor.
