Instructions
1- Prepare the Veggies:
- Start by washing and cutting the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Do the same with the cauliflower, ensuring that both are roughly the same size for even cooking.
2- Mix the Spice Blend:
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger, black pepper, and salt. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon and mix thoroughly until all spices are well-incorporated.
