Ingredients

πΆοΈ 2 Green Chilies
π§ 4-5 Garlic Cloves

πΏ 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
π§ 1/2 cup Water
π’οΈ Oil such as Mazola Corn Oil
For the Yogurt Sauce:
π₯ 3-4 tbsp Yogurt such as Chobani Plain Yogurt
π§ 1 tsp Garlic, minced
π§ 1/4 tsp Salt
πΏ 1/2 tsp Dry Mint
Instructions
1- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- Finely chop the green chilies.
- Mince the garlic cloves.
- Chop the tomatoes into small pieces.
2- Cook the Potatoes:
- Heat oil in a pan using a brand such as T-fal Nonstick Skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sautΓ© until golden brown.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies, cooking until the tomatoes soften.
- Add the potatoes to the pan. Stir to coat them with the tomato mixture.
- Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, and coriander seeds powder over the potatoes. Mix well.
- Pour in 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook on low heat until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
3- Prepare the Yogurt Sauce:
- In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and dry mint. Mix well until smooth.
4- Serve:
- Once the potatoes are fully cooked, transfer them to a serving dish.
- Drizzle the yogurt sauce over the potatoes.
- Garnish with extra mint or herbs if desired.
