🐟 1 kg Surubí loin, sliced into individual portions

🥣 2 tbsp Mustard (any recognizable brand if mentioned)
🥔 3 Potatoes, par-boiled and sliced
🧅 3 Onions, sliced

🌿 1 tsp Oregano
🌾 3 tbsp Cooking oil, any neutral brand
🧂 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
1- Marinate the Surubí:
- Place the surubí loin in a glass mixing bowl.
- Add minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pink peppercorns, and mustard. Mix well to coat the fish evenly.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight for maximum flavor infusion.
2- Prepare the Vegetable Base:
- Par-boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes, then slice into rounds.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are softened.
3- Assemble the Dish:
