🧀 4 slices goat cheese

🌰 1/4 cup walnuts
🧅 1 shallot, minced
🌿 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
🫒 1/4 cup olives, chopped (optional)
🍯 1 tablespoon honey
🥄 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
🍾 3 tablespoons champagne vinegar
🫒 1/4 cup olive oil
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
