Instructions
1- Prepare the Feta Cheese:
- Place the Feta cheese on a clean wooden cutting board.
- Use a large chef's knife to slice it into thick slabs, then cube those slabs uniformly.
2- Prepare the Jars:
- Ensure your small glass jars are sterilized and dry before use.
3- Rosemary & Pepper Variation:
- Pour a base layer of olive oil into one jar.
- Add a layer of cubed Feta, sprinkle with mixed peppercorns, and insert a few sprigs of fresh rosemary.
- Continue layering cheese and oil until the jar is filled, making sure everything is submerged.
- Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate.
4- Garlic & Oregano Variation:
- Place the peeled garlic in the bottom of the second jar.
- Add a layer of Feta cubes, a few sprigs of fresh oregano, and pour olive oil to cover.
