1- Prepare the Crayfish:
- Rinse the live crayfish thoroughly.
- Sort them by size to ensure even cooking.
2- Prepare the Brine:
- Fill a large stainless steel pot with 6 liters of water.
- Add a generous bunch of fresh dill crowns into the pot.
3- Add Flavor Elements:
- Pour one can of dark beer into the water.
- Add 6 sugar cubes and 225 g of coarse or mill salt to the pot.
4- Develop the Brine:
- Bring the liquid to a rolling boil and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Ensure the liquid is boiling vigorously.
