š„© 1 kg beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
š¶ļø 2.5 ml sweet paprika
š§ 8 cloves garlic, crushed
šæ 2 bay leaves, broken into pieces
š· 3 tablespoons vinegar
š¾ 3 tablespoons white wine
š§ 5 ml salt
š« 30 ml olive oil
š§ 2.5 ml pepper

1 small bowl of onions, finely chopped
šæ 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
š§ 2.5 ml salt for sauce
š· 15 ml vinegar for sauce
š« 15 ml oil/olive oil for sauce
š¶ļø Red chili sauce to serve
Instructions
1- Prepare the Marinade:
- In a glass bowl, combine beef, paprika, garlic, bay leaves, vinegar, white wine, 5 ml of salt, olive oil, and pepper.
- Mix well to coat the beef.
2- Marinate:
- Allow the beef to marinate for 25 minutes.
3- Prepare Skewers:
- Wrap the tips of wooden skewers with aluminum foil to prevent burning.
- Thread the marinated beef chunks onto them.
4- Roast:
- Preheat the oven.
- Place prepared skewers on an oven rack and roast until the beef is cooked through and browned.
5- Make the Onion Sauce:
- In a white ceramic bowl, combine chopped onions, parsley, 2.5 ml salt, vinegar, and oil.
- Mix thoroughly.
6- Serve:
- Present the beef skewers hot with the onion and parsley sauce and a side of red chili sauce.
