🥤 1 cup Reines Raps Öl vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
1- Setup the Breading Station:
- Place wheat flour in one shallow bowl.
- Beat one large egg in a second bowl.
- Fill a third shallow bowl with breadcrumbs.
2- Prepare the Pork:
- Place the pork cutlets on a wooden cutting board.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Use a meat mallet or a small saucepan to pound the cutlets to half their original thickness.
3- Seasoning:
- Season both sides of the cutlets with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
4- Bread the Cutlets:
- Lightly coat each cutlet in flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip into the beaten egg, letting excess drip off.
- Coat in breadcrumbs, ensuring an even, light layer.
