Ingredients

- In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups of flour, 2 tablespoons of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Add 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter to the flour mixture.
3- Rub Butter into Flour:
- Use a metal fork or your hands to rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles sand.
4- Form Dough:
- Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. Gradually pour in the sweetened water, a little at a time, while folding the mixture with a fork.
- Mix until the dough starts to come together.
5- Knead Dough:
- Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface.
