- 1 cup (237 ml) of Milk
- 3/4 cup (177 ml) White Granulated Sugar
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1/2 cup (118 ml) White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp (10 g) Flour
- 1 tbsp (7 g) Mustard Powder
- 1/2 tbsp (2 g) Fresh Tarragon, finely chopped
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:
