Instructions
1- Prepare and Soak Beans:
- Rinse 1 kg of Mayocoba or pinto beans and remove any debris.
- Place them in a large pot, cover with water, and soak overnight.
2- Boil Beans:
- Drain the soaked beans and add fresh water to cover them.
- Add the halved garlic head and slit green chile.
