Ingredients

๐ฅซ 1 box 200g cream of milk (creme de leite)
๐ฅ 250ml milk
๐ 1 whole pineapple
๐ 1/2 cup sugar
๐ถ 200ml whipped cream already whipped
๐งด 150g nata heavy cream
Instructions
1- Prepare the Cream:
- In a Javali saucepan, combine the condensed milk, milk powder, cornstarch, and cream of milk. Stir thoroughly using a Tupperware spatula to ensure there are no lumps.
- Add the milk and continue stirring until smooth.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously. Cook until the mixture thickens and bubbles. Transfer to a pink plastic bowl to cool.
2- Prepare the Pineapple:
- Peel the pineapple using a serrated-edge knife and a cutting board. Slice, core, and dice into small pieces.
- In another Javali saucepan, cook the diced pineapple with sugar over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the pineapple becomes soft and slightly caramelized. Cool and drain any excess liquid.
3- Assemble the Dessert:
- In a clear glass serving dish, spread the cooled pineapple as the bottom layer.
- Evenly pour the cooled cream over the pineapple.
- In a red mixing bowl, combine whipped cream with nata. Mix until smooth.
- Spread this mixture as the top layer over the cream.
- Garnish with reserved diced pineapple and a drizzle of any leftover pineapple syrup.
- Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
