Instructions
1- Prepare Cheeses:
- Cube the Maasdam and Cambozola cheeses.
- Slice the cured and truffle sheep cheeses into thin triangles.
- Crumble the blue cheese into a bowl.
2- Assemble Skewers:
- For savory skewers, thread cherry tomato, anchovy-stuffed olive, and Maasdam cheese onto skewers.
- For sweet skewers, alternate quince paste, Maasdam cheese, and grape.
3- Create a Salami Rose:
- Overlap salami slices around a narrow-mouthed wine glass rim and invert the glass for presentation.
4- Prepare Vol-au-vents:
- Fill half the vol-au-vents with piquillo pepper pâté and garnish with pickle slices.
- Fill the other half with pepper pâté and garnish with cherry tomato quarters.
5- Additional Accompaniments:
- Serve strawberry jam in a small bowl.
- Slice cucumber into rounds.
