Instructions
1- Prepare Chocolate:
- Chop the dark chocolate bar into small squares to use as the molten center.
2- Make Oat Flour:
- Grind the oats in a grinder or food processor until you achieve a fine flour consistency.
- Transfer this to a mixing bowl.
3- Combine Ingredients:
- Add the chocolate peanut butter and oat flour to the bowl.
- Mix in the baking powder and vanilla extract.
4- Mix Batter:
- Gradually add milk to the mixture, whisking continuously to form a smooth and pourable batter.
5- Prepare Molds:
- Pour half of the batter into two small aluminum foil baking molds, ensuring an even layer.
