Ingredients
For the Meatloaf:

๐จ Pink food coloring
For the Gravy:
๐ฟ 1 pack of instant brown gravy (follow instructions on the package)

Instructions
1- Prepare the Meatloaf:
Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
In a large bowl, combine 4 pounds of ground beef, 3 eggs, salt, black pepper, and celery salt.
Add the diced onion, minced garlic, panko, and chives to the mixture. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
Divide the meat mixture into two equal parts and shape them into brain-like forms on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until fully cooked.
2- Make the Mashed Potatoes:
Boil the potatoes in salted water until they're tender when pierced with a fork.
Drain the water and transfer the potatoes to a bowl.
Add butter, a pinch of salt, and a few drops of pink food coloring. Mash the potatoes while gradually adding heavy cream until you reach your desired consistency.
Transfer the mashed potatoes into a piping bag for easy decoration.
