Ingredients

🌿 1 bunch fresh Coriander Cilantro, thoroughly washed
🧄 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
🌶️ 1 green chili, seeds removed for less heat
🍋 Juice of 1 lemon
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🌿 1 teaspoon ground cumin
🍇 2 tablespoons white vinegar
💧 2 tablespoons water
🍶 1 tablespoon olive oil, Filippo Berio
🥄 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

1- Preparation:

Wash the cilantro thoroughly to remove any dirt.
Trim the ends and roughly chop the leaves and tender stems.

2- Blending the Ingredients:

In a blender or food processor, Ninja BN701 Professional Plus, combine the coriander, garlic cloves, green chili, lemon juice, salt, cumin, white vinegar, water, olive oil, and sugar.

3- Blend Until Smooth:

Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.
