š 2 tablespoons white vinegar
š§ 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
1- Preparation:
- Wash the cilantro thoroughly to remove any dirt.
- Trim the ends and roughly chop the leaves and tender stems.
2- Blending the Ingredients:
- In a blender or food processor, Ninja BN701 Professional Plus, combine the coriander, garlic cloves, green chili, lemon juice, salt, cumin, white vinegar, water, olive oil, and sugar.
3- Blend Until Smooth:
- Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.
- Scrape down the sides of the blender if necessary to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
4- Check and Adjust:
- Taste the chutney and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Add more salt or lemon juice based on preference for acidity and flavor.
5- Serving:
