Happy Thursday!
So I've been eyeing for a position at a company. Since 2020 I applied there to no luck. 2 days ago I messaged the HR to see what I was missing. Yep. Took me 5 years to finally asked them. I mean, I have the experience(s), university degree, etc. They replied. Apparently, my resume would never pass because I don't have Canadian schooling certification. Like wow 🤯 So their adds who states "...AND/OR COMBINATION OF EXPERIENCES AND EDUCATION" means nothing regardless you're a citizen of the country closing on to 30 years now. Meh 😵💫
I guess I am meant to just share a recipe 🤣

300 chicken strips
2 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic
1/4 medium onion
1 head cabbage
1 head broccoli
6 baby carrots
Chicken bouillon powder
White pepper powder
2 tsp cornstarch
Enough water
Thinly slice garlic and onion
Thinly slice cabbage and baby carrots, as well separate each broccoli florets. Soak veggies in water.

Saute chicken strips in butter, along with garlic and onion, then stir in vegetables, cook til somewhat softened

Meanwhile, dilute cornstarch in water

Once veggies softened, season then thickened it with cornstarch solution
Enjoy immediately!
