Instructions

3- Combine and Cook:
- Remove excess oil from the cooked pork in the pan, leaving only a small amount for flavor.
- Pour the prepared pipian mole sauce over the cooked pork in the pan, stirring to coat all the meat.
- Add the chopped green and yellow zucchinis to the pan.
- Stir gently to combine with the meat and sauce.
