🫒 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
🧄 3 cloves garlic, crushed
🍖 250 grams ground meat
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🌶️ 1 teaspoon black pepper
🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion
🍅 1 cup chopped tomato with seeds
🍅 5 tablespoons tomato extract
💧 1 cup water
🧈 1 tablespoon butter
🌿 1/2 cup chopped chives
🌊 2 liters water
🫒 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
🍝 500 grams Floriani lasagna pasta
🍖 200 grams sliced ham
🧀 200 grams mozzarella cheese, sliced and grated
Instructions
1- Preparing the Bolognese Sauce:
- Heat 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Sauté 3 cloves of crushed garlic until golden.
- Add 250 grams of ground meat. Continuously stir and break apart the meat with a wooden spoon until browned.
- Season the meat with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Incorporate 1/2 cup of chopped onion and allow it to soften.
- Stir in 1 cup of chopped tomatoes with seeds and 5 tablespoons of tomato extract.
- Pour in 1 cup of water and let the sauce simmer until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Mix in 1/2 cup of chopped chives.
2- Cooking the Lasagna Pasta:
- Boil 2 liters of water in a large non-stick pot.
- Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the water.
- Cook 500 grams of Floriani lasagna pasta for about 6 minutes until al dente.
- Drain and set the pasta aside.
3- Assembling the Lasagna:
- Preheat the Electrolux oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Lightly coat the bottom of a rectangular ceramic baking dish with a small amount of Bolognese sauce.
- Layer the surface with cooked lasagna pasta sheets.
- Spread a layer of Bolognese sauce, followed by a layer of 200 grams of sliced ham.
- Add another pasta layer, more Bolognese sauce, and a layer of 200 grams of sliced mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat until ingredients are used or the dish is filled, ending with pasta, sauce, and grated mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
