Ingredients
š 3 slices white bread, standard sliced

Instructions
1- Cook the Bacon:
- Heat a HexClad frying pan over medium heat.
- Add 3 slices of Bar S Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon and cook until crispy, approximately 3-5 minutes.
- Set aside on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
2- Toast the Bread:
- Using a Breville toaster, toast 3 slices of white bread until golden brown, approximately 1-2 minutes.
3- Prepare the Vegetables:
- Slice the tomato into reasonably thick rounds.
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop out the flesh and either slice it or mash it slightly for easy spreading.
4- Assemble the Sandwich:
- Place one slice of toasted bread on a cutting board.
- Spread a layer of mayonnaise over the bread using a spreader or butter knife.
- Add 2-3 slices of Bar S Deli Shaved Smoked Ham followed by one slice of American cheese.
- Top with another slice of toasted bread and spread mayonnaise on this second slice.
- Layer the sliced or mashed avocado evenly over the mayonnaise.
