Ingredients
🥩 1 Flank Steak Vacío
🥖 1 Crusty Bread Loaf
🌻 2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
🫒 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
🍶 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
🍷 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
🍅 1/4 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes
🟢 2 tablespoons Capers
🧂 Salt
🌿 1 teaspoon Oregano
🌿 1/4 cup Parsley freshly chopped
🧄 3 cloves Garlic minced
Instructions
1- Prepare the Chimichurri Sauce:
- In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, and 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar.
- Add 1/4 cup of chopped sun-dried tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of capers, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley, and 3 minced garlic cloves.
- Mix well and set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
2- Prepare the Flank Steak:
- Rub the flank steak with sunflower oil and season generously with salt and oregano.
- Allow it to rest while you prepare the grill.
3- Cooking the Flank Steak:

- Place the flank steak on the grill and cook it slowly for about 4 hours until it's tender and infused with a smoky aroma.
4- Assembling the Sandwich:
- Once the flank steak is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice it thinly.
- Slice the bread loaf lengthwise, then layer it generously with the sliced flank steak.
- Drizzle with the chimichurri sauce for an added explosion of flavor.
