Ingredients

🧄 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
🥄 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Filippo Berio
🧂 1/2 teaspoon Salt Morton
🥛 1 cup Greek Yogurt FAGE Total
🌿 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
🍋 1 Lemon, juiced
Instructions
1- Prepare the Peppers:
- Wash and slice the bell peppers into thin strips
- Remove the seeds and stems
2- Sauté the Garlic:
- In a large skillet, heat the Filippo Berio Olive Oil over medium heat
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant
3- Cook the Peppers:
- Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet
- Sauté them for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender but still crisp
4- Season:
- Sprinkle Morton Salt over the peppers
- Give it a good toss to combine
5- Prepare the Yogurt Sauce:
