Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Prepare the Sauce: In a blender or food processor, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, chipotle peppers, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the heat level by adding more or fewer chipotle peppers according to your preference.
- Shred the Chicken: Using your hands or forks, shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the chicken with the chopped onion and half of the Oaxaca cheese. Set aside.
- Fry the Tortillas: In a skillet over medium heat, lightly fry each corn tortilla until softened but not crispy. This will make them pliable for rolling.
