Ingredients
πΎ 600g all-purpose flour
π₯ 300ml warm milk
π§ 7g dry yeast

π 1 tbsp sugar
πΏ 2 tbsp vegetable oil
π§ 75g melted butter
π₯ 2 tbsp all-purpose flour for topping
π§ 1/2 tsp salt for topping

Instructions
1- Activate the Yeast:
- In a bowl, combine 300ml of warm milk, 7g of dry yeast, 1 tbsp of sugar, and 1 tbsp of flour.
- Mix well and let stand for about 15 minutes until bubbly.
2- Prepare the Dough Base:
- Put 600g of all-purpose flour into the KitchenAid Stand Mixer with the dough hook attached.
- Create a well in the middle.
3- Combine Ingredients:
- Add the activated yeast mixture to the flour well.
- Crack 2 eggs into the flour well.
4- Knead the Dough:
- Start the mixer on low speed, gradually increasing as ingredients blend into a soft dough.
- Continue kneading until a smooth, elastic dough forms.
5- Weigh the Dough:
- Transfer the dough out of the mixer.
- It should weigh approximately 1 kg (1030g).
6- Prepare Baking Pans:
- Grease two springform baking pans, a 10-inch and a 7-inch, generously with melted butter.
7- Form the Dough Balls:
- Divide the dough into 36 equal pieces, around 28g each.
- Roll each piece into a smooth, round ball.
8- Arrange in the Pans:
- Place 24 balls in the 10-inch pan.
- Place 12 balls in the 7-inch pan, leaving space for expansion.
9- Oil the Dough Balls:
- Use a silicone brush to lightly brush all dough ball surfaces with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.
10- Proof the Dough:
- Cover the pans with a tea towel.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
11- Prepare the Topping:
- Combine 75g melted butter, 2 tbsp flour, and 1/2 tsp salt in a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly until smooth.
12- Apply the Topping:
- Spoon the butter mixture over each dough ball.
13- Bake the Milinka:
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until tops are lightly golden.
14- Serve:
- Remove from the oven, release from pans.
- Dust with powdered sugar before enjoying warm, if desired.
