š 454g small shells pasta, pre-cooked
š§ 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions
1- Prepare Shrimp:

3- Cook Shrimp:

- Cook shrimp until pink and opaque, approximately 2-3 minutes per side. Add garlic during the last minute. Remove and set aside.
4- Prepare Sauce:
- In the same pan, add the tomato sauce, remaining salt, black pepper, and herbs. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
5- Add Cream and Broth:
- Stir in corn starch dissolved in broth/stock, then add to the pan.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
6- Combine Pasta:
- Mix pre-cooked pasta into the sauce.
7- Internal Cheese Addition:
- Stir in 1.5-2 cups of mozzarella until melted.
