- 10g Fresh Yeast
- ½ tsp Salt
- 50ml Milk (lukewarm)
- 1 Egg
- 50g Butter (softened)

- 1kg Onions (peeled)
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Sour Cream (Schmand)
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 30g Bacon, diced
- 50g + 1 tbsp Butter
- Butter flakes (for topping)
